ISRO will again create history, new rocket ready for the first flight

new delhi:Indian Space Research Organization ISRO chief S Kiran Kumar said that the organization is ready for the first development flight of rocket with the ability to launch four tonne of satellite from Sriharikota space station next month. Which would add a new chapter in ISRO’s history ISRO’s Rocket launches vehicle currently has the capability of launching satellites up to 2.2 tons and is dependent on foreign launch vehicles to deliver satellites over weight.

Kiran Kumar said that next month we have commissioned the launch of GSLV-MK3-D1. ISRO plans for second development flight within a year. He said, as long as two development flights will be completed, we will work towards launch and so that they start doing GSLV-MK3 work. Kiran Kumar said that ISRO believes that starting the work of this rocket will add a new chapter in its history.

He said, once we build our capacity of four tonnes, we will be able to greatly reduce our projection from the outside. We are also focusing on the construction of satellites within the capacity of four tonnes so that we can launch all the launches within the country. In the GSLV-MK3-D1 launch vehicle, the GSAT-19 satellites will be able to be taken, which weigh 3,200 kilograms.
