Home Minister Rajnath Singh Returns India from Kyrgyzstan ,appeals for peace.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had gone on a visit to Kyrgyzstan in the meantime. They have returned soon before the tour end, in view of the violence following the conviction by High Court in Dera Sacha Sauda chief’s sexual abuse case. They reached North Block directly from the airport. After reaching the Home Ministry, he reviewed the situation arising from the decision of High Court in Punjab and Haryana with all the top officials.

Rajnath Singh said that he has come shortened his visit. On returning from tour, he spoke to the Chief Ministers of the state. It is worth mentioning that after the decision of High Court in Panchkula, incidents of subversion, arson and violence were reported from different parts of Punjab and Haryana.




Rajnath Singh says that both Chief Ministers have assured them that they will be in position control. At the same time, it has been repeated that the situation has come under control. Apart from this he also tells the Prime Minister to meet in this context.

“State governments did take precautions. You can’t blame them,” he said soon after his return from the SCO summit in Kyrgyz Republic.

While appealing for peace with Baba Ram Rahim’s supporters, the Home Minister said that the loss of life and property will not be compensated. In such a situation, they appeal to all supporters to maintain peace and to avoid violence.

In these two states, especially the security forces have been deployed. 5000 reserve forces along with 5000 semireserved forces have been placed on high alert mode. The central government is watching the crowd of supporters in both the states.
