High Court has refused to ban on arrest warrant of Ryan Group’s owner Rayon Pinto, Grace Pinto and Francis Pinto

The Pinto family, who reached the Haryana-Punjab High Court in Pradyumna Murder case, has not received relief. The High Court has refused to ban the arrest of Ryan Group’s owner Rayon Pinto, Grace Pinto and Francis Pinto while hearing the anticipatory bail petition. Justice Inderjit Singh asked the Haryana Government to file a reply by issuing notice.

Earlier, the High Court Judge AB Chaudhary had refused to hear Pitt’s bail plea before the court. He had said that he was aware of Pinto Family. In such a situation, he does not want to hear the case. After this the new court of the court has heard the case today. Pinto Family was not relieved even from the Bombay High Court.

– The Child Rights Protection Commission also sent the team to check in the school, in which many disturbances came out.
