That is, you can now link your aAdhar with pan by 31st December. We told you yesterday that the Ministry of Finance is going to extend the deadline to connect Pan on the aadhar. UIDAI was refues to extend the last date
On August 28, UIDAI had said that the last date for linking the aadhar with PAN will not be changed. The UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) had said that the fixed timeframe for taxpayers will be retained for the basis of their PAN. On August 26, the Supreme Court’s decision on the right to privacy will not affect the need for linking the aadhar with PAN.
