Gaya Roadrage case:Rocky Yadav and 3 others pronounced guilty in Aditya Sachdeva murder case
New Delhi: The verdict has come in Gaya’s Aditya Sachdev assassination (Gaya Roadrage case). The court has convicted JDU’s suspended MLC Manorama Devi and RJD’s Bahubali leader Bindi Yadav’s son Rocky Yadav. Apart from Rocky, three other people have also been convicted by the court.
when Aditya Sachdeva was travelling in his Swift Dzire with his friends, he was shot at, allegedly by Rocky Yadav for having the “audacity” to overtake his Range Rover. An altercation followed and in a fit of rage, Rocky allegedly took out his gun and shot Aditya dead.
The court will now announce the punishment of three convicts, including Rocky on September 6.
The deceased Aditya Sachdeva was only 19 years old. Aditya, who was studying in the 12th, was sitting in the last seat of the car. Aditya’s father is a businessman. The bullet was in his head.
In this case, Tony Yadav and MLC bodyguard Rajesh Kumar, who were present during the incident with Rocky Yadav, were sent to jail. At present Tenni Yadav and Rajesh Kumar are out and Rocky Yadav is still in jail.
