Yogi Adityanath Responds to Demonetization Dustbin Jab, Says People Will Throw Away Rahul Gandhi’s Appeal

Congress President Rahul Gandhi had earlier claimed that he would’ve thrown away the demonetization file in a dustbin if he was the Prime Minister of India. A day later, while voting for the Gorakhpur Lok Sabha elections, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath lashed back at him saying that people will throw away his appeal.



The BJP leader also added that Congress gets decimated wherever Rahul goes; this is because he works with a negative mindset.

UP’s CM also claimed that BJP would sweep the Gorakhpur and Phulpur elections with a massive majority owing to PM Modi’s development governance. He also added that 2019 election results will prove to be in favor of BJP.



Demonetization was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi 8th November 2016 and has since then faced a severe backlash from the Congress party. Back in February, Rahul Gandhi had alleged that RSS was making attempts to capture country’s institutions.
