virat kohli maintain top spot in t20 batsmen rankings,bumrah finish at second position

Dubai: Indian captain Virat Kohli has retained his top spot in the latest ICC rankings of T20 batsmen while pace bowler Jaspreet Bumrah has reached the second spot in the bowlers’ list with the advantage of a rung.

Kohli has lead up 39 point from Aaron Finch of Australia in second place while West Indies’ Ivain Louis bagged career-best third position after the benefit of a rung.

In the bowlers’ list, Bumrah defeated South Africa’s Imran Tahir, securing second place. In this, Imad Wasim of Pakistan remained on top.

India’s star off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin remains at 10th position.

India finished fifth in the team rankings after the West Indies won the 21-run win over England in Chester-le-Street last night.

The West Indies team finished fourth on 117 points before the match last night, but now it has reached 120 points, making it to the third spot. England, on the other hand, lost four points, from which they slipped from second position now at 4th position.
