Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi said on Monday that RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav is related to sand mafia. He alleged that Lalu Prasad Yadav made his black money white by the companies of Baloo Mafia Subhash Prasad Yadav. Modi said that Subhash Prasad Yadav funding RJD and the people of the same syndicate are raising funds for the rally in Patna on 27th August.

He said, “The Mafia had got a sand mining stamp in six districts during the coalition government and it was illegal mining many times more lease than the one who got the lease. There was no one to stop it because the mining department was with RJD and it was the protection of Laloo Prasad Yadav. Modi said that despite the disclosures of Anonymous property, the Mafia bought three flats in the same day for Rs 1.72 crore from Rabdi Devi. This means that Lalu Prasad Yadav is afraid that his property can be squared, so he is selling his property to the sand mafia.

Sushil Kumar Modi suppressed that after the ban was issued 1000 rupees and 500 notes in Subhash Prasad Yadav’s company and black money was white in this way. Modi also said that he has been writing the letter to the Income Tax Department to investigate it and at the same time the agency of Bihar government will also investigate the matter from its level.

Modi made it clear that Lalu Prasad Yadav had put pressure on the coalition government and kept it in the mining department RJD so that illegal can be earned. He said that the Yadav should tell that and who else has bought his property, otherwise he can disclose further in the matter in the coming days.

Modi said that Subhash Prasad Yadav is the same person, who, despite the disclosure of anonymous property, bought three flats of Rabri Devi for crores of rupees on June 17, 2017. Modi said that he is writing income tax for the investigation of the whole matter. He also directed the Chief Minister to monitor the matter with monitoring or other agencies.
