Supreme Court refuses interference in Gorakhpur BRD hospital case

 




New Delhi: In the case of children suffering from oxygen deficiency in BRD Medical College in Gorakhpur, the Supreme Court has refused to take suo moto on Monday. The court has asked the petitioner to go to the Allahabad High Court for this. The petitioner also told Supreme to the SIT investigation of this case from Supreme Court. But the Supreme Court has said that the petitioner should go to the High Court in this matter. The court also said that the UP CM is watching the case itself.
