Ryan Murder: SC ban on Pinto family for not leave the country without permission

The Supreme Court has upheld the anticipatory bail of the Pinto family of owners of Riyan International School of Gurugram. SC on Monday rejected the petition for canceling the anticipatory bail of Pinto family of Pratyuman’s father Varun Thakur. Although the Supreme Court has banned the Pinto family from leaving the country without permission.




The bench of Justice RK Aggarwal and Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre ordered the dismissal of Varun’s plea. It is worth noting that the seven-year-old Pradumman, who was studying in second class in Ryan International School, was kiled in the toilet of the school on September 8.

SC however, on Monday ordered the Pinto family to not leave the country without permission.
