New Delhi: The Reserve Bank has made a big announcement about the coins of 10 rupees today. In view of complaints of some traders refusing to accept coins of 10, the Reserve Bank today said that all the 14 designs of 10 rupee coins are valid.
In a statement, the Reserve Bank said, “It has come to the Reserve Bank that people and traders are refusing to accept coins of 10 rupees in many places due to the real-fake suspicion.” Brings the same coins that are fitted in the government mint.
The Reserve Bank said that these coins have different features so that they can display various aspects of economic, social and cultural values and they have been presented from time to time.
The central bank of the country said, “So far 14 different designs of coins of 10 rupees have been introduced. All these coins are valid and are admissible for transactions. The Reserve Bank has asked all the banks to accept coins for transactions in all its branches.
