ravindra jadeja to replace injured axar patel for the first three odis against australia

New Delhi: Star spin bowler Ravindra Jadeja has returned to the side in the five-match series to be played between Team India and Australia. Jadeja has been included in the team instead of Patel’s replacement. Character Patel was injured while playing football during practice.




Now it is expected that Jadeja can be included in the playing eleven for the first match played in Chennai. Earlier, when the team was selected for the three matches, Jadeja was not given a place in the team at that time. The first match of the series will be played tomorrow at Chepok Stadium in Chennai.

Team management had rested Jadeja in the ODI series against Australia under the rotation policy. Earlier Ravindra Jadeja was not included in the ODI and T-20 series against Sri Lanka.
