Pradyumna Murder: Bombay HC bans one day stay on the arrest of Augustine Pinto-Grace Pinto

New Delhi / gurugram / Mumbai: In connection with the murder of a seven-year-old child in Ryan International School of Gururgram, Bombay High Court has given one-day relief to Ryan International Group founder and his son Ryan Pinto. The court has imposed a day’s stay on their arrest.

These bail petitions were filed after the arrest of two senior officers of the Ryan International School. The school’s founding president Augustine Pinto (73) and the managing director of the school, his wife Grace Pinto (62), filed a petition with his son Ryan Pinto for the anticipatory bail in the Bombay High Court.




The petitioners said in their petition that the death of the child is unfortunate, but management can not be held guilty and he himself suffers from unfortunate circumstances. It has been said in the petition that not only this death has grieved the parents and the family of the child but the trustees, management, staff and students of the school are also very unhappy.
