A special session of Parliament is also being called in midnight on June 30 to implement GACT.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said in the press conference that many governments have played a vital role on GST, the law has passed in almost all the states. He said that this has been passed in all the states except Kerala and Jammu and Kashmir, this law will be passed in Kerala this week.

President to unveil India’s new tax regime on July 1

Arun Jaitley said that the GST Council has taken hundreds of decisions, on June 30 it has been called a special session of Parliament. Jaitley said that it will be officially launched on the late evening of June 30. All members of GST Council, all MPs will be present in this session.

Modi government has proposed to convene a special session of the Parliament on 30th June in view of the historic occasion of GST being implemented. This session will start from 11 p.m. on June 30 and run till 12:10. During this, President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will address This special session of Parliament, which will take place at midnight, will be a joint session of both houses. This meeting will be called in the Central Hall of Parliament.
