Lucknow metro inaugurated by rajnath singh and UP CM yogi on 5 september

Lucknow: In Lucknow, Lucknow Metro will be running from September 5. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will flag off the Metro. After this, people from the city can travel in the Metro from 6 September to 6 am to 10 pm. Although in the city the metro will only run in 8.5 kms from Transportnagar to Charbagh and in March 2018, it will reach about 23 kilometers from the airport to Munshipuliya.

To travel in the metro from September 3, go smart card will start to be started, its initial price will be 200 rupees. Which will get a top up of Rs 100. Those traveling between any two stations will have to spend a minimum of 10 rupees. There is a ticket of 15 rupees for the journey of 3 km. Apart from this, a maximum cost of 20 rupees has been fixed for a distance of 8.5 km between one end transport town and the other from Charbagh.
