JD-U suspended MP Ali Anwar from parliamentary board for taking part in the Opposition’s meeting

New Delhi: JDU suspends its Rajya Sabha member Ali Anwar Ansari on Friday with the parliamentary board. The party has taken this step against Ali Anwar because of joining the opposition parties convened by Congress President Sonia Gandhi.
Party spokesman K. Tyagi told that Ansari has been suspended from the parliamentary party to take part in the meeting of the opposition parties despite finishing the JDU’s relationship with the Congress. The 16 opposition parties led by Congress President Sonia Gandhi held a meeting on Friday. This meeting took place to consider alternative strategies to counter the BJP.
Ansari criticized Nitish Kumar

Tyagi also accused Sonia of trying to encroach and interfere in the internal affairs of the party. Ansari criticized JD (U) President and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for separating from the alliance in Bihar and forming a government in collaboration with BJP.
