Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced snap election, between rising tensions from North Korea

TOKYO: Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced the election ahead of time, between rising tensions from North Korea. Abe hopes that his chance of return to power is good because of the weak and divided opposition, because despite his many scandals, his win have been shown in the survey.




Indicating for the general elections, Abe said, “I will dissolve the representative on 28th September.” The Prime Minister did not give any date for the elections but according to the news, it will be on October 22. Surveys have indicated that voters have liked the attitude of Nationalist Abe against North Korea. North Korea has dug two missiles from Japan in recent days and threatened to sink Japan.

According to a survey done by business daily Nikkei at the end of the week, 44 percent of the voters have decided to vote in favor of Abe’s Orthodox Liberal Democratic Party. While only eight percent of the people have supported the main opposition Democratic Party
