India should resolve Kashmir issue politically: Pak army chief

Pakistani army chief Kamar Javed Bajwa said instead of “defaming” Pakistan, India should resolve the Kashmir issue through “political and diplomatic” means.

Addressing the people present on the occasion of Defense Day in Rawalpindi, Bajwa said that South Asia needs peace for prosperity.

Accusing India of “killing” of innocents on the Line of Control, he said that India should give peace an opportunity.




The army chief said, “It is in the interest of India, for the permanent resolution of the issue (Kashmir), he should not use the bullets against the Kashmiris. Said that Pakistan wants a solution to the Kashmir issue through dialogue.

He said that Pakistan is against terrorism. They said, “We are against war and terrorism. We want to build a relationship with all countries on the basis of mutual respect and equality. “
