New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday apologized in writing to the BJP leader in  defamation case against BJP leader Avtar Singh Bhadana. The BJP leader had filed a defamation case against Kejriwal in Delhi’s Patiala court and there was a claim of defamation of Rs one crore. Incidentally, BJP MLA from Meerpur constituency of West Uttar Pradesh is the MLA.

Kejriwal apologized in writing to the court and said, after coming to the sedition of a colleague, he had accused him of inciting. In his apology, he said that he was not about to offend his social standing by accusing his intention of spreading his purpose. Significantly, the serious allegations made by Kejriwal on firing were not found in the investigation, after which Kejriwal had to apologize.




Bharana, a former Congress Lok Sabha member from Faridabad constituency of Haryana, said that Kejriwal has withdrawn from his alleged defamatory statement, in which he and the Chief Minister of Delhi together decided that the case of defamation will not be extended forward. The court sources said that Additional District Judge Surendra S Rathi considered the matter laid by both the leaders and disposed of the case.

Counsel Surat Singh, who is lobbying on behalf of bhadana, said that Kejriwal had withdrawn his earlier statement saying that he had informed him by the former associates and that he had no intention of fading the reputation of the BJP leader Was there.
