IIT Entry Examination Completed Online From Next Year: JAB

Entrance test for the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) will be completely online from 2018. The Joint Enrollment Board (JAB) decided on Sunday. The decision-making body, JAB, decided on the admission to the IIT in Chennai.

In a statement, Director of IIT Madras and Professor Bhaskar Ramamurthy, JAB 2017, said, “It was decided that JEE Advanced will be in online format from 2018. Further information will be given by JAB at the appropriate time regarding the examination.

The HRD Ministry had initially started the option to make Joint Entrance Examination JEE-Men’s Online. JAB member said, today, it has been decided to make JEE Advanced online to simplify the equipment and valuation.
