Doctor Kafeel Khan was removed from the NICU head of the BRD Medical College.

Gorakhpur: NICU chief doctor Kafeel Khan has been removed from his post at the BRD Medical College in Gorakhpur. The bogus charges against them have been revealed. The court had ordered to register a case of rape against them, while evidence of their private practice was also found. Now Dr. Mahesh Sharma will be the new Chief of the NICU.

Today when CM Yogi Adityanath was on a tour of the hospital in Gorakhpur,while questioned on private practice, and he said that the FIR will be lodged against those whose doing private practice.
