Decision on Ram Rahim in the case of rape case, before hearing on security arrangements in HC
New Delhi: Special court of Panchkula CBI will pronounce verdict in the ongoing rape case on Gurmeet Ram Rahim. Despite the Section 144 in the area, the supporters of the Dera have gathered in thousands of people, so the situation has become tense. Meanwhile, the Dera chief has said that he will be present in court during the verdict. Prior to this judgment on Ram Rahim, the hearing will be held in the Punjab-Haryana High Court for the security of the area at 11.30 pm. In any case, Punjab and Haryana Police have been placed on high alert to deal with the situation of law and order.
At 2.30 p.m. today, the special court will decide the judgment on Gurmeet Ram Rahim. During this time he will be present in the court. Ram Rahim has confirmed this through Facebook post. Gurmeet Ram Rahim has left the road to Panchkula from his Dera headquarters located in Sirsa, with a carriage of 800 trains. Gurmeet Ram Rahim has also appealed to his supporters to maintain peace. Baba Ram Rahim said in a Facebook post, “We have always respected the law. Although there is pain in our back. But still following the law, we will definitely go to court. We are firm on God. Keep all the comfort. ”
The Haryana High Court has strongly condemned the Haryana government and the police on the huge gathering of the supporters of the Dera in Panchkula. The court asked the administration to strictly enforce Section 144 and grant Panchkula to evacuate the deaf supporters. The Haryana Police tried to remove Dera supporters last night but the dera supporters were not ready to withdraw. The Haryana Police came to some action last night and appealed to the people to withdraw from the supporters of the loudspeaker but the Dera supporters were not ready to accept the police’s request.
Given the ruckus, the places around Panchkula’s court have been transformed into an impenetrable fort. The security forces around the court premises have been handed over. The distance from Panchkula to Sirsa is two and a half kilometers. Dera is the headquarters of the true deal in Sirsa itself, therefore the administration in Sirsa imposed curfew last night.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim is present on his terrace in Sirsa. The work to remove the supporters of Dera in Sirsa overnight, but supporters present in the camp are not ready to leave.
