Center asked Twitter to block 115 twitter accounts tagged with anti-India tweet,all are from kashmir

The central government has warned Twitter to publish reliable information. The government has asked the micro-blogging site Twitter to block anti-Indian and communal feelings of 115 Twitter handles. All of these handles belong to Kashmir.

According to official sources, Twitter was making public information public. Which is a violation of the rules. The government has asked Twitter to block these handles. The government has also asked Twitter to remove all such information on the site.




The Jammu and Kashmir government had identified these Twitter handle and asked the central government to take action in this regard. The government issued instructions to Twitter on August 24.
