New Delhi: China is making an atmosphere of war over the doklam controversy. In this atmosphere of tension, PM Narendra Modi has become convinced to go to China. PM Modi has to go to China in the first week of September for the conference of BRICS countries. China’s Global Times had accused two days ago that India wants to disrupt the BRICS conference. The newspaper has blamed the PM Modi for the doklam controversy.
