bihar:Notice issued to cancel license of Lalu’s son and Minister Tej Pratap’s Petrol Pump

Patna: The licenses of the allocated petrol pump will be canceled on the side of New Bypass Road near Beur, Patna, under the name of RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son and Health Minister tej Pratap Yadav. According to the information, the notice has been issued for this.

Sushil Modi had charged these allegations
Earlier, Bihar BJP senior leader and former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi had alleged that Pratap was allotted a petrol pump of Bharat Petroleum on New Bypass road near Beur in 2011. For this, fake documents were prepared after filing a complaint with an oil company official. When he appeared for an interview for petrol pump in 2011, he did not have 43 decimal places on the New Bypass Road.

Sumo had in this case demand for inquiry
Sushil Modi also alleged that AK Infosystem Private Limited leased 136 dismil land to Pratap’s younger brother and deputy chief minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on 9th January 2012 to open petrol pumps. According to Pattanama, the stunning land can not be given on the sub-belt. The BJP leader had said while raising the question that how can the petrol pump be allocated to tej pratap, when the land or land lease was in his name. They demanded an inquiry into the matter and asked the Petroleum Minister Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan to make a request. In this case, the notice to cancel the license of the petrol pump has been issued.
