Bihar: Without the pass map of the mall , the construction of the mall was started: Sushil Modi

Patna: Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi on Tuesday attacked the Lalu family again. This time, on his target, former deputy chief minister is tejaswi Yadav. Modi said that Lalu giving tejaswi Prasad’s railway to two hotels, the construction of the largest mall of Bihar, 15-storied 750 crores, built on three acres of stunning land, was started without passing the map.

On April 4, ten days after the mud scam was exposed, half of the incomplete papers in Anan-Phanan were applied for acceptance of the map in Danapur city council on April 15. Modi was speaking to journalists on his official residence on Tuesday.

Modi said that there is a clear provision in the rule 313 of the Bihar Municipality Act 2007 that person will be built when the building plan is approved. But, abusing goverment power, the tejaswi Yadavs were flouting the rules. His goverment also went due to this mall. The person sitting in the government has more responsibility. They should follow more rules. Right now this mall has been attached by income tax.
