Badminton: shuttler Shrikant reached the Indonesia Open final

India’s star badminton player Kidambi Srikanth has made it to the final of the Indonesian Open Super Series Tournament. Srikanth defeated Son Van Ho of South Korea 21-15 14-21 24-22 in the semi-finals played on Saturday.

Inexplicable Srikanth showed the world’s highest ranked player in an hour and 12 minutes. The final match will be on Sunday.

In the final Srikanth will face Japan’s Kazimasa Sakai. In the first semi-final, Sakai won the match 21-17, 26-28, 18-21 on India’s HS Prannoy.
