Afghanistan: Bomb blast near US Embassy in Kabul, 1 killed
A bomb exploded near the US Embassy in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul. According to the local media, Afghanistan’s Health Ministry has said that one person has died in this blast so far, while 8 people have been injured.

There are believed to be casualties following the blast which took place at roughly 10:15am local time (7:15am GMT), although police are yet to confirm.
