Aamir Khan worried about floods in Bihar, appeals to people to help

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has expressed concern over several flood affected states including Bihar. He has appealed to the people to contribute to the Chief Minister Relief Fund so that the flood victims can be helped. The death toll has risen to 253 due to floods, but about 185 caror people from 18 districts are affected by the flood. With 28 teams of NDRF, 1152 jawans and 118 boats, 16 teams of SDRF are engaged in rescue and relief work with 446 jawans and 92 boats and 7 columns of Army with 630 jawans and 70 boats. In such a way, Aamir has appealed to ordinary people to help him.

It is noteworthy that before Amir, Manoj Bajpai also tweeted the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, saying that I have appealed to our Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for help on areas affected by natural disaster. Hope and prayer is that people will get help as soon as possible. Manoj tweeted that flood situation in Bihar’s western Champaran is very devastating. Our village is very influenced by it. People are battling shortage of food.
