New Delhi: Following the recommendation of the Election Commission, the President has given the Aam Aadmi Party 20 MLAs disqualified. The government issued a notification after the President’s approval and gave the information.

Let me tell you, on Friday, the Election Commission had recommended the President to disqualify 20 MLAs from the President due to their occupation of profit.

With the President’s approval on the recommendation of the Election Commission, membership of 20 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs has now been canceled.

Among these twenty MLAs Kailash Gehlot who is a minister in the Kejriwal government also involved. Now the moral pressure of resignation can increase. However, according to the rules, a person can remain a minister for six months without being a member of the House.
