Army has issued a Red alert after it has been reported to see three suspected terrorists in Akhnoor area of Jammu and Kashmir. The Army team surrounded the fort area of Akhnoor around four. Last night, the three terrorists were reported. The Army has started the search campaign. A bag has been recovered from there.
Assuming sources, on Wednesday night, around 8 pm, the Army unit had seen some suspicious activities near Akhnoor police station. After which 15 Garhwal Regiment started the search operation. The suspicious bag that the Army has recovered has got lots of stuff. Note that the notes of the knife, lieutenant colonel, pocket diary, map of the state, Urdu law, 500, 50, 20 and 10 are found.
On Wednesday, the army also surrounded nearly a dozen villages of Haigen area. The Army was running Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) here. All the entry and exit of the village was sealed during the search operation.in This operation involved 13RR, CRPF 45 battalion, and SOG.
