New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday (September 22st) for the irregularities in giving contract to two private companies of IRCTC hotel in 2006, . In connection with the inquiry, the summons have been issued to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad and his son Tashavi Yadav to appear infront of the agency.
A CBI official said, “We have given lalu Prasad and his son tejashwi yadav a fresh summons to appear front of the CBI on 25th and 26th of this month.”

Earlier, the CBI has summoned Lalu and Tashavi Yadav on September 7 for questioning in the CBI headquarters in New Delhi on September 11 and 12 in the front of the agency. On July 5, the CBI had registered a corruption case against Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and son tejashvi Yadav .
The CBI alleged that Lalu had given IRCTC hotel contract to Vinay Kochhar Sujata Hotels Company in Ranchi and Puri while he was Railway Minister during 2004-09, in return for which the family has given a bribe to lalu One major plot was taken by lalu faimly.
