#GST: Education and Health Keep Out from GST, sending goods will be Cheap From Airplane – Jaitley

    In the GST Council meeting in Srinagar, the tax rates on services have been decided. With the end of the two-day meeting in Srinagar, the decision has been taken to give tax and relaxation to education and health sector.

    While addressing the media in Kashmir, Finance and Defense Minister Arun Jaitley said that the GST Council meeting has fixed tax rates of 5,12,18 and 28 per cent. In the morning, after visiting the Forward Post of the Army, the Defense Minister said that our priority in Kashmir is to normalize the situation.

    Regarding the case related to the investigation of the NIA on separatists, Arun Jaitley said that it was informed that he was funded from across the border. Jaitley said that the concerned agencies will take their actions in this matter.

    The meeting of the GST Council before the Joint Press Conference was concluded. Following the decisions in this meeting, the council meeting concluded after which the date for June 3 for the next meeting has been fixed. Earlier, on the first day of the Council meeting, tax rates have been fixed on 1211 items.
