PATNA: DMK chief Karunanidhi’s daughter and MP kanimojhi met Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad on Friday. In the meantime, Kani Mozhi’s visit to Patna was to be invited to take part in a function to be held in Chennai on the occasion of 94th birthday of Karunanidhi, but in the course of the meeting, there was a discussion on the anti-BJP front.
At the residence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Kami Mozhi had reached with JD (U) senior leader KC Tyagi. He urged the Chief Minister to join the celebration of the birth anniversary of Karunanidhi, held in Chennai on June 3. The Chief Minister has given his consent to attend the function.
During the meeting with the Chief Minister, the presidential election was also discussed. Kami Mozhi said that in the presidential election, DMK-JDU will vote against NDA candidate together. Kami Moji also spoke to the Chief Minister of DMK leader and Karunanidhi’s son M Stalin. Stalin also invited the chief minister to join the birthday celebrations.
Kami Moji also met RJD supremo Lalu Prasad. Lalu Prasad also invited to visit Chennai on the birthday of Karunanidhi. Lalu Prasad said that he would definitely attend the ceremony. Lalu Prasad also spoke of opposition unity against BJP on this occasion. Opposition solidarity was discussed for the presidential election.
