All India Muslim Personal Law Board on Sunday clarified three divorces that they will look into this issue only in the light of Shariat and will keep their opinion after the Supreme Court’s verdict. The Board said that the women who have been wronged in triple talaq , the board is ready for all possible assistance for them. We have surveyed that the more the divorce has been offered in a big way, the matter is not as bogus. It is not even 10 percent of what is being said.
The Muslim Board believes that the maximum use of social media will be eliminated against Islam and Shariah. We have launched the largest signature campaign in the country and in the figures that have come, more than 5 crore Muslim women have agreed on staying with Shariat. The Board clarified that without the reasons for the Shari’a, triple talaq will be socially boycotted.who give triple talaq without sharia reasons will face social boycott.
The Board said that according to Shari’a, the relationship of marriage always prevails, but the code of conduct is being issued in case of a dispute in Mian-Bei. At the same time, the Muslim Personal Board said that Muslims should not be fooled into weddings. Parents should give their daughters a share of their property instead of giving them dowry.
With this, the personal board said on the issue of Babri Masjid that it will accept the Supreme Court’s decision.
