If there is a case of misconduct in the examination organized by any university, then an urgent FIR should be lodged against the principal, teacher and employees of the college involved in the misconduct of the examination.

The Education Department has also instructed the universities to give this information to the colleges of related university. This decision was taken by the Education Department after the open misconduct case was found in the Kunwar Singh College of Veer Kunwar Singh University.
