Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has filed another defamation case against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Arun Jaitley has filed a defamation claim of 10 crores in the Delhi High Court. Lawyers of Arun Jaitley filed a case on Monday in the High Court. Let me tell you that even before this Arun Jaitley has filed a case of defamation on Arvind Kejriwal, whose hearing is going on in the Delhi High Court.
Why did the case of defamation?
In fact, last week Kejriwal’s lawyer Ram Jethmalani used the word CROOK for Jaitley, after which Jethmalani had said that he was doing it only on the request of his client Arvind Kejriwal. On which Jaitley and his lawyers hardly objected.
Jaitley had expressed his opinion
During the hearing, Jaitley said that you are attacking your personal life, it is not right. After this, Jethmalani said that I am meeting my client’s wishes. And I always get to understand my client with the case. Ram Jethmalani also said in the court that Arun Jaitley has overwhelmed me as much as I fought in bringing black money. Arvind Kejriwal’s second council asked for a second day from the court. The court, on which, has given date of hearing for 28 and 31 July.
Earlier during the hearing, Ram Jethmalani had asked the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s character to prove that he should take the proof of your conduct from Modi.
