BJP MP and former Home Secretary RK Singh said that this decision is a big victory for India. He said that it would be easy to get rid of Kulbhushan Jadhav from the Pakistani jail now. RK Singh said that if the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav is run in the civil court and the right trial happens then Kulbhushan Jadhav can be released from jail.
