In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the International Court has heard the verdict. The court has banned Jadhav’s execution. After this decision, it is being said to be India’s biggest victory at the international level. At the same time, after the victory, responses from the Government of India have started coming.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that the order of the ICJ is quite relief for Kulbhushan Jadhav’s family and the people of India. He praised the plaintiffs of the senior advocate Harish Salve for keeping India’s arguments. Sushma said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership all efforts will be made to save Jadhav. Sushma also praised her ministry and team.
