18 years ago was the case of ‘flying aircraft’
18 years ago both countries were face-to-face in the international court. In fact, on August 10, 1999, Indian Air Force killed a Pakistani maritime reconnaissance Atlantique in Kutch area. All the 16 marines were killed in the plane. Pakistan claimed that the aircraft was killed in its airspace and it demanded a compensation of US $ 60 million from India. Jadhav arrest in 2016
