In the matter of acquiring anonymity property against RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family, the lawyer who filed the PIL in the Patna High Court, Manibhushan Sengar is facing the threat of his life. In the last one month, BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi has revealed the way in which Lalu and his son, Tejaswi Yadav and Sharad Pratap Yadav, besides his wife Rabri Devi and daughter Chanda and Ragini have earned revenues for earning anonymity, then the lawyer Manibhushan Three PILs have been filed in the Patna High Court and demanded that CBI probe into the property of Lalu and his family members things.
Advocate Mani Bhushan Sengar, who has filed public interest litigation against Lalu’s family members, has suddenly come to the headlines and now he is also threatening his life.
It is noteworthy that Manibhushan Sengar had filed a PIL in February seeking a CBI inquiry into the Bihar Staff Selection Commission scandal in Patna High Court. Earlier, he had filed a petition in the court against the Bihar IAS officers. On February 17, 2017, Manibhushan Sengar had also written a letter to Bihar’s DGP PK Thakur asking for security of his life and property. Manibhushan made a copy of this letter in Patna SSP and in his area’s police station. But till now has not been provided security by Police.
