Police have seized old notes worth Rs 30 lakh after raid at the house builder’s house in Agmukuan police station area of the capital. Note: After the expiry of the exchange period, this is the biggest recovery of old notes in Patna.
According to the information, while taking big action against the money laundering, the Patna police raided the house of builder Vinod Biswas in Agamku on Thursday morning. In the raids, old notes of Rs 30 lakh were seized. Meanwhile, the police arrested the builder Vinod Biswas and four other brokers.
Most of the seized notes are of thousands of thousand rupees. They were kept in a bag.
