PAK shock,The international court has imposed an interim stay on Jadhav hanging

In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, India has won a major diplomatic victory. The international court in The Hague of Netherlands has imposed an interim stay on Jadhav hanging. India appealed this court against the decision of Pakistani military court on May 8. So far, no statement has been received from Pakistan on this. In a release issued by the International Court, it has been said that India had accused Pakistan of violating the Vienna Treaty on this issue in Pakistan. It was also informed in the appeal filed by India that Kulbhushan Jadhav was not given the chance to keep his side nor was he allowed to meet the High Commission officials of India.
Pakistan’s arrest of former Indian Navy commander Jadhav appeared on March 29, 2016. Pakistan claimed that Jadhav was working to spread terrorism in Balochistan and Karachi. At the same time, India had claimed that Jadhav was abducted. After the arrest, the Indian High Commission had sought permission to meet him several times. But Pakistan did not allow all international laws to be circumvented. On April 11, 2017, the sudden news came that Pakistan’s military court had sentenced him to death.
