Bihar:The Bihar government increased the minimum qualification of the Home Guards to Intermediate.

    PATNA:Before becoming a Home Guards in the state, there was a minimum qualification matriculation pass, but now the minimum qualification will be intermediate passed. In the Cabinet meeting on Friday, amendment was made in Bihar Home Guards Service Rules 2005.
    It was also stated in the meeting of the Cabinet that the power of exemption in life and physical criteria for the appointment of a soldier or equivalent post on compassionate compassionate servants of the deceased servants of the Home Guard would be similar to the DGP.
    In addition to this, three fire-fighting personnel in all government offices having more than one thousand employees. There will be a fire officer and two firemen. They will be deployed in the main secretariat, Vikas Bhawan, Irrigation Bhawan, Visvesvaraya Bhawan, Chief Minister Secretariat and in the dialogue. Two personnel will be deployed in the Raj Bhavan, High Court and Niyojan Bhawan.

    Society will be built in every district to prevent cruelty on animals

    To prevent cruelty against animals, animal cruelty prevention society will be formed in all the districts. The meeting approved the proposal to notify the society in the meeting. The state government had decided to set up the Animal Cruelty Prevention Society 10 years ago. But its gazette publication could not be released.
    Principal Secretary of the Cabinet Department Brajesh Mehrotra said that the main responsibility of the society would be to stop torture on animals. Efforts will be made to prevent the smuggling of animals, to preserve and make people aware. Transportation of animals will be arranged.
    Animalers injecting animals for the production of more milk will be strictly admonished. In every district, DM will be the Chairman of Animal Frugal Prevention Society. SP will be made Vice-President and District Animal Husbandry Officer as Secretary Four members will be elected from the general elections.

    Service extension for 5 years for restored workers on contract

    Regarding restructured workers on contract in the State Disaster Response Force, they will get service extension for five years instead of two. There has been a change in rules for the deployment of retired soldiers, officers and officers of the army and naval personnel and Bihar Home Defense Corps (Special Battalions).
    The maximum age limit for the appointment of Junior Commission and Non-Commissioned Officers is 50 years and the maximum age limit for the commissioned officers will be 55 years. The maximum age limit for the appointment of jawans will be 40 years. All will be appointed for 3 years.
    In the old system two years of service expansion was available. Now, on the basis of performance and conduct, service expansion will be available for five years. Extra service extension of two years will be available in special circumstances. But under any circumstances, service extension will not be available after the age of 60 years.

    reappoint of District Judge of Jehanabad .

    The government has restored the then District and Sessions Judge of Jehanabad Ajay Kumar Shrivastav. This action has been taken on the order of the Supreme Court. Shrivastav was removed by the High Court for compulsory retirement.
