Bihar:patna High Court asked the bihar board, how 7th-8th teachers checked copies of 10th board?

PATNA: Due to the strike of secondary teachers, the matriculation copies were evaluated by middle school teachers. According to the rules of the board, teachers must have experience of teaching at least three years in matriculation or intermediate for evaluation of copies of matriculation.
This year, the teachers of middle schools have been engaged in evaluation work to evaluate the matriculation test papers, which teach students of VIII and VIII.
Due to this, due to the possibility of levelless evaluation and a bad result, a writ petition was filed in the High Court by Ram Pukar Yadav. While hearing the petition, Justice Chakradarshan Singh’s Ekalipith directed the Bihar Vidyalaya Examination Committee to answer the matter by clarifying the situation in a week.
Advocate advocate Rajendra Prasad Singh told the petitioner that the matriculation capacities of the matriculation could not be properly evaluated by the inexperienced teachers and the test takers could have many problems.
At the same time, the court was informed by the examination committee that there is no clear rule of such a board. A pattern is coming. The petitioner’s allegations are baseless. The Examination Committee is stepping up every step after recovering from the worst case of topper scam.
The committee takes any action on the higher education decision of the education department. In the light of the rules referred to the court, the court ordered the Bihar Board to file a reply within a week. The next hearing will be on May 8.
    Secondary teachers did boycott
The appointed teachers in high schools had boycotted the evaluation of the copy of the matriculation examination of the year 2017 on demand for increasing the salary. Because of this, the Bihar Board decided to take the evaluation work with the teachers of the middle school.
