new delhi:Microsoft today launched the new operating system Windows 10 S, i.e. on May 2. This OS Education is Focused. In this new operating, applications downloaded only from pre-installed applications or Windows Store will work. It is believed that it has been launched as a Google Chrome OS response from Microsoft, which is a cloud-based operating system and is quite popular in schools.
Windows 10S will be launched for the PC at the same time as $ 189 in about 12 thousand rupees. The company gave all information about this Windows during a program focused on education in New York. Microsoft’s Executive Vice President Teri Myerson said that the operating system is very simple but its performance is fantastic. The company has defined S as ‘soul’ (SOUL). These OS classes are designed for creative use both inside and outside the room.
Windows 10 will only run apps downloaded from pre-installed apps and Windows Store. Myerson said that it has been done for safety and security. They also told that Office 365 is coming soon in the Windows Store. Windows 10S will also work with upcoming MIXED realtime headset and the upcoming technology.
If someone tries to install software in this operating system that is not present in the Windows Store, then Windows will automatically give information about the same type of app in Windows itself. However, if the administrator feels like using more apps that are not available in the Windows Store. In such a situation, the user can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.
Windows 10 S can be run in any laptop which has a regular Windows 10 running. Microsoft has partnered with Acer, Asus, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, Samsung and Toshiba for this new operating system. Office 365 for Education will be free for students and teachers and Windows 10S will be available for all schools where there are Windows 10 Pro PCs.
