patna:Bihubali leader of Bihar and MLA from Mokama, Anant Singh was released from the jail on Saturday. As Ananth Singh was released, his supporters outside the jail strongly welcomed his MLA.
After release from jail, Anant Singh reached his residence in Patna with a convoy of supporters. After staying there for a while, he went straight to Laddma village, situated in a flood, to pray in the temple. Bahubali MLA Ananth Singh was jailed for 22 months.
It is worth mentioning that on February 16, 2015 against Anant Singh, Bhanja of former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, Upendra Manjhi had filed an FIR. According to Ananth Singh, he used to apologize against a former Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on a national channel.
On Friday, the court granted bail to Ananth Singh in this case. Even before this, Anant Singh has got bail in many other cases. On June 24, 2015, Bahubali MLA Ananth Singh was arrested by Patna’s immediate SSP Vikas Vaibhav and sent to jail on June 24, 2015.
An infant crime was also imposed on the Crime Control Act (CCA), which was later canceled by the Supreme Court.
