Let me tell you that earlier in the hearing, the central government had told the court that it is going to start using a Secret Weapon soon to deal with the fiery protesters. It will be used before the pallet gun. According to the Central Government, smelly water, laser daisler and loud voice machines have no effect on the protesters. Therefore, palette guns are used as the last option in compulsion.
What was the central government’s plea
Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for the government, argued that the palette gun is used as the last option to overcome the mischief in the state. Performing in J & K is not a peaceful demonstration on Jantar-Mantar in Delhi.
