Two days before the Central Reserve Police Force’s 25 soldiers were martyred in an attack by Maoists in Sukma, Chhattisgarh. Of these 25 janaza jawans, there were 6 Biharis. On Tuesday evening, as soon as the body of these six soldiers reached Patna airport by special aircraft from Raipur in Chhattisgarh, the Bihar government’s insensitivity went unnoticed after one and the other.
As soon as the bodies of these martyrs were brought out outside the airport, they were paid homage in front of the airport to park their vehicles. The shocking thing was that no minister of Bihar Government came to pay tribute to the body of these martyrs. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar taken the right thing in such a bad way. It is noteworthy that when the body of the martyrs reached Patna Airport and the tribute was being given to them, Nitish Kumar was taking part in the 8th Raising Day program of the Authority in the office of Bihar State Road Development Authority. The questions are rising, the Chief Minister could not get so much time to visit Patna Airport on a few steps and pay homage to the martyrs? If that was not enough then listen to it then what happened again. The bodies of the martyrs were brought in different trains to deliver their native village and as soon as these vehicles were coming out of the Patna Airport they were stopped. The reason was that the program of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had ended and he was leaving the venue and going to his house. Chief Minister’s convoy was passing in front of Patna Airport and for this reason the vehicles of the martyrs were stopped for a few minutes inside the airport.
The Bihar government is getting very little from the manner in which the Sukma was treated with martyrs for some time at Patna airport. BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi and Union Minister Ramkripal Yadav are alleging Nitish Kumar being senseless.
