In a blog, Gates wrote that the steps taken by Modi on cleanliness and open defecation in the last three years are quite commendable. Bill wrote in his blog that PM Modi has raised such a problem, which we do not even like to think about.

    Bill Gates wrote that in the last three years, the PM has made bold comments about public health, which we have not yet heard from an elected member’s mouth. And now it’s getting a lot of effect.

    Gates said in praise of Modi that PM Modi had told about it in his first address on the occasion of Independence Day.
